If the runner accesses this card and trashes it, does the "Draw 1 card and gain 2[credit] for each power counter on Estelle Moon." resolve?
No. The trashcan indicates a paid ability that is activated by the CORP trashing Estelle Moon. Which can be done in any paid ability window. (see timing structure of a turn/run)
When the Runner accesses Estelle Moon, there is no paid ability window. The Corp has to trash her before the access step.
