This is actually a pretty decent card for a Sunny deck as a two-of, for a mid game swing play.
Particularly given Sunny's ability to have info on an agenda coming up using Globalsec Security Clearance, it is doable to wait until an agenda is on top of R&D, play this, run, and profit or force the Corp to spend some credits.
