He's the inventor of the Cortez Chips, and a counter to Sandburg. Depending on the Corp's ICE, it could get pretty nasty. A few examples:
- Aiki: 4c
- Cobra: 6c
- Datapike: 6c
- Hive: 10c
- Rototurret: 6c
- Spiderweb: 7c
- Pup: 3c
Again, it depends on the ICE composition.
Edit: Note the different wording between him and Xanadu. Aghora does not synergize with Hernando.
