1 or 2 of this could fit in an Argus deck, which typically has some 1-pointers. Assuming we're in the mid game and the runner has stolen 2 1-pointers and 1 2-pointer, Stock Buy-Back will grant us a net of 8 credits.
And that's only from real agendas. Splashing News Teams has never been this fun!
