Do these effects stack? I mean, do I get 1 credit, 1 card and 1 click if the Corp has 15 credits?
Doesn't look like it - each option triggers when the credit count is in the shown interval, and there are no overlapping intervals. If it was intended to stack, it would have been worded 'if the Corp has less than X credits...', which would cause other problems. Hence - intervals.
