Nice addition for tagging decks - upgrade traps are far superior to asset traps!
Pretty good trap. Best case taxing scenario: runner takes the tag (click + $2 tax), loses a card (click tax), and trashes the upgrade ($3 tax). Cost to corp is 1 click to install, $2 to activate. Very good action economy for the corps.
Trash cost of $3 is decent.
No influence cost.
Upgrade allows it to still be viable as a trap once revealed / exposed / rezzed.
Secondary edge case advantages, the runner may not be able to clear the tag. The 1 damage might put them into the kill box for direct damage operations. Etc.
Just all around a very strong, very playable card.
