The new Refractor. It always annoyed me that Refractor wasn't a fracter, so yay!
Can't see anyone playing this over Refractor. Even if FFG were to flood the game with 6 STR code gates this would still barely be better.
It keeps its strength for the remainder of the run. Don't underestimate that.
