I like the concept of this ID very much.
Every Runner faction has their "favorite" server: Shapers R&D, Criminals HQ and Anarchs Archives. Though Anarchs haven't had much they could do with Archives before. Immolation Script, Retrieval Run, Archives Interface, ... and that's it.
Omar Keung, however, requires(!) the Corp to ICE-up Archives properly. Medium and Nerve Agent are made for him.
Plus, unlike Kate or Noise for example, Omar is incentivized to run at least once per turn, which is healthy for the game. There's too much passivity going on.
