This is an interesting concept. oO
However, I doubt the meat damage will ever occur. At best, it forces to runner to make a run on her server once in a while.
I believe it's the first Weyland card that benefits from power counters, if a Helium-3 deck ever takes off...
That's actually a hilarious idea.

Whirlpool on top would be the best. Yet the real problem is that she must be rezzed to accumulate those counters, so she becomes the main target instantly.
