The artwork (which I like) gives it away. Play it in a Reina deck with Xanadu.
The name gives it away even faster - en passant is a specific chess move with the pawns. And who likes to play chess more than our white-red haired anarchist?

Reina decks who play Forged Activation Orders can now spare a couple of influence too.
Nota: the piece of ICE has to be unrezzed at the time the event is played, which make it work on a piece of ICE that was unrezzed during the said run too. Thus, notable interactions include Crescentus, Khan's falcon breaker, Emergency Shutdown.
