It's a Nfr for Sentries. However, in a deck that can support this strength-reduction strategy (Null), I prefer Mimic. Like with Ankusa, you can't use the effect if you use E3 Feedback Implants to break more subs cheaper. 2 credits per sub on a Killer is pretty much unacceptable.
To be fair, Mimic has always been a little too efficient for Anarchs. This is clearly not as good, but more along the lines of what an Anarch Killer should look like if all were fair.
