Works like a repeatable Inside Job if the first ICE you encounter is a 1-sub ETR, like Vanilla or Quandary. Against anything that has more than 1 subroutine, you can use Hernando Cortez to punish the Corp or make them unable to rez.

Plus, it saves you from Neural Katana, Cortex Lock or Cobra's program trashing sub.

It's nice because it doesn't just work against the first piece of ice. It works against the first unbroken subroutine. Break Quandary with your decoder, and let this handle the Tollbooth behind it for cheap. Even more interesting against Bioroids. Click through Eli 1.0, and this will take care of the Turing behind it. Also, helpful vs. Archangel, Traps, Mythics ect.

Also makes "Street Magic" viable.

Also makes "Street Magic" viable.

i think Street Magic helps this a lot more than it helps Street Magic, but either way, they do very different things really.  i doubt many decks want to consider both of them.

anything with etr that you can't break, you just let etr resolve first.  if you bypass that sub with Tracker, the rest are going to resolve anyway
