I like everything about this card except the influence. I do think this would be better situated in Criminal from a practical perspective, but I guess "weird run events" get earmarked to go in Shaper.
It's the Shaper version of AS, which also has 4 influnence.
Respectfully and IMO, Indexing is the shaper AS. This is just an unusual program tutor.
I'd much rather a similar effect for Hardware. I might actually consider playing Monolith then.
