This can fuel Oracle May and Eureka. But not as well as motivation though.

...the cost is just out of line with the effect. Sure, some kind of trick Oracle May / Eureka deck might be fun, but Motivation already works pretty well for that.
Maybe a Professor deck or some other "kitchen sink" deck with a lot of utility one-of's might find a use for it to quickly scan down their deck, but...just so inefficient. And revealing that much information to the Corp player...bleh.
I like this card a lot. It is click-efficient and puts me in control. Also, when installed with The Supplier, you can set X equal to 2 and install it for free. Great for decks that rely on combos but can't tutor for that needed card. I can keep peeking at the top card until I find one I want, then draw it.
The Supplier won't work here, because the power counters placed are equal to the cost you pay. The Supplier reduces the cost and with it the value you get out of this. The same applies for Career Fair.
