How would this work with Nasir's ability?  Would you get the credits, then he loses them, then gains them again?  Or would he lose all his credits, then gain them for his ability, then gain the credits for this?

I'm pretty sure the Runner can choose to gain these credits after his ability activates thanks to priority timing. Its nice that they're letting everyone feel a bit like Nasir with this, though this'll shine after big ice being derezzed.

The Corp rezzes in step 2.3 so that's where Nasir will get the money off this.

The he encounters the ICE in step 3 so he'd lose all credits, then gain the rez cost again.

One thing to note, and I assume this is the intent of the card, is that in 2.3 there is also a Paid Abilities window, so Nasir could pump the strength of a Shaper breaker or other breaker that lasts 'until the end of the run' - Gordian Blade etc. - so he has a window to use the credits for that or for some other paid abilities, then he gets the rez cost again when he actually encounters the ICE.

Cool. Cheers!

Weird that it's showing Nasir on the art, considering the non-interaction.

Looks like this is a decent counter to the Blue Sun + Curtain wall combo.

As far as I understand it, this is not an economy card. It's a psychological card that tempts the Corp to not rez a specific ICE. Of course it won't prevent the Corp to rez that ICE if they really want to, but it's getting more unattractive.
