Well... in most cases you will give the corp. player BP from your grave after your apartment burned to the ground... and they will probably shed a tear in their handkerchief made of orphan dreams...

But this is a okay counter to Power-Shutdown and Closed Account.
This card is going to come in handy in a tag-me runner deck versus subliminal messaging.

A hard counter against SubMess? Because most of the time after a BOps or GOps has been played, you're dead (Scorched, Power Shutdown Combo, Punitive Counterstrike). Others, like Closed Accounts, Big Brother or Freelancer are not found often enough to use it. Maybe in the future, Taillie will shine.
I haven't tested this, but try this:

Use it to guard against Tag N Bag. If you can get the corp to have 2 bad pub before they try to nuke you, you'll be able to trash Tallie after the first Scorched Earth, drawing 3 cards. If you had 5, now you're not dead.

While many of the tagging operations aren't gray ops, a lot of the attacks (e.g. Scorched Earth, Punitive Counterstrike, etc.) are. I'll see how this works.

So if you're tagged and the corp goes to trash this card, are you able to activate the trash ability before the card is trashed?

You could activate Fall Guy's trash ability to stop this card being trashed... so... Can you activate the local one too?

If so, does the corp still pay two credits to trash something that's no longer there?

Fall Guy has the text "Prevent," which interrupts the normal timing (Rulebook, Page 21). Tallie has no such wording, so the trash effect is governed by Timing Priority (also page 21).

In other words, for trash effects that can occur "simultaneously" in the same timing window, there's still an order in which they occur, and it is very straightforward:

In the case of Tallie, Timing Priority allows the corp to trash the card prior to the runner being able to trash the card, if it is the corp's turn (which it would be).

In the case of Fall Guy, "Prevent" interrupts Priority Timing and the "simultaneous" trashing then works in the runner's favor: the runner can trash Fall Guy in lieu of Tallie.

Clickless trashing does not mean "whenever you feel like it." Trashing is a paid ability and must be triggered in a paid ability window. Paid ability windows are always subject to Timing Priority, which is only subverted by Prevent / Avoid effects. Paid abilities are also described on page 21 of the Rulebook.

So does she actually works when Freelancer hits? Do I give the Corp a BP and take a tag?

No. Tallie explicitly says that her trigger is "Whenever a gray ops or black ops operation is trashed after resolving" - this means Freelancer is played, his effect resolves by trashing Tallie and then the Operation is trashed, at which point Tallie is no longer installed, therefore her text is inactive at that point.
