Depends; if you're already running an aggressive deck that wants to run every turn, you're probably doing ok. Look at Gabe; he already wants to hit HQ once a turn. Give him Desperado and Grifter and you're doubling your credits.
Criminals like Account Siphon. Criminals with Account Siphon do not like clearing tags. Account Siphon Runners that don't like clearing tags don't like resources.
3rd 'protect archives' card next to sneakdoor and data sucker.
