I like this card. Good protection for agenda milling, especially when using HB with Accelerated Beta Test. Not the kind of thing to rave about, but a good utility card nonetheless.
The problem with that is that as far as ABT protection goes most HB will FA the ABT and the runner will check the archives on the first action of their turn so there is no time to get the agendas back out with Interns. I think the idea behind interns is to recur your drip economy (adonis's, eve's, trashed pad campaigns and Melanges spring to mind.).

Installing ICE for free in the 4th row, especially if the order of the ICE is important in your deck you can now discard that outer ICE and install it later where it belongs.

Very useful in a protective upgrade (Ash / Caprise / Will O Wisp / Troubleshooter / etc) deck to replay the upgrades and keep the runner out longer.

Installing a card from archives for two clicks is essentially Archived Memories (click 1) plus an Installation (click 2), only without influence costs. Ignoring the install costs is especially cool if you want a specific server (most of the time your Agenda remote) to be heavily protected, so it's even a good card when you don't use it for recursion purposes. Very versatile and it absolutely deserves its 4 star rating.
