Probably didn't spend the rez cost if it was a Rook.
Has the runner figured out that snare you put down as a foil is a sane? Back to HQ

Edit- yes It does seem too slow, I still like it for getting rid of cassias and restructuring ice on servers.
...which is why you don't play a Rook on unrezzed ice, especially if they have an Isabel McGuire out.
The problem is that it's really inefficient. That's a lot of actions you're wasting putting things back into HQ. And all for nothing if the runner is just ignoring your remotes, which is a good strategy against Jinteki in the first place.
Is it down to 3 credits? Just start it up again!
EDIT: just made a deck with that and it seems too slow
I asked the judge before our tournament today and Oversight/BER combo is a NO. Oversight and BER when installed become a counter and no longer an installed card, so not possible to bounce. Would be a little too broken if it worked.
