Yes they do - until I play Xanadu/Reina/Rook
Unfortunately, not an exciting card. This is useless to pull in the late game when ICE is already rezzed. This is painful in the early game as it costs 2 clicks and 4 creds to play. This is a card to play when you absolutely need to get into a server with unrezzed ICE on it. There are better options... Might be useful with expose when you know there is some big ICE in your way. 4 Influence makes it painful to include in Anarch where it might be fun.
This card is fantastic with Leela Patel. It is also fantastic against Blue Sun. Corp thought server was secure with huge ICE in front? You just walk trough and get that agenda. And then you twist the knife by bouncing the ICE.
