All I can think of is yelling screw you to Personal Workshop and Kati Jones when she is bloated with credits. Whilst they aren't the only cards it could hit, they are ones that would be highly tempting targets.

It's true that it is really strong against resource heavy decks, but it does absolutely nothing against tag-me Criminal, which is still the deck to beat.
