Jinteki getting loved this cycle
I think neutral 2/1's may be too powerful, unless the agenda just had a purely negative effect when scored. That's why we have a lot of neutral 3/1's right now that still have decent effects.
Speaking of, if you play this agenda along with Profiteering, in a perfect world you can score Profiteering first and then this to remove some BP
I think trevaur meant blank as in having no effect.
I like the combo with Profiteering, good catch.
