What kind of lame card is this?

This begs for Motivation, unless you're gonna be that reckless/ballsy
Typo: install cost is lowered by 10, not 1

Test Run would do the trick as well, I´d wager
Man is this card bad. Draw, double to play to save maximum $7 and 2 actions (draw and play program), and needs tons of support. At its best right now you can install Femme that you know is sitting on top of your deck (Test run or motivation when it comes out, but really, if you have to run motivation to want to play this card then you are in a sad situation indeed) and you basically end up getting $6 for one action, which is good. Sadly, this will almost never happen and this card will usually just sit in your hand clogging it up and additional ones will be wasted draws. At the moment, there is no competitive reason to run this card in any situation.

No-one should be using this for Programs (Test-run into Scavenge is far better).

This is for dropping high-cost Hardware (Toolbox, Blackguard, Monolith) with Motivation.
You could get costly programs like morningstar or femme fatal after a test run if you don't have scavenge.

You could if you were desperate, but it's a lot more costly. I wouldn't NOT use it like that if it was the best play at the time, but I'd certainly hope for Scavenge instead.

Toolbox is the same cost as Femme, so I don't see how it's any different. Not sure what Blackguard is, but this card certainly doesn't make Monolith playable.

Test-run into Scavenge is far better.

Unless you have Power Nap and Motivation in the same deck. Generally though, you're right.

The difference is that you can't test run OR scavenge hardware.

Blackguard is the new Criminal console spoiled in the upcoming Fear and Loathing, it costs 11 creds.
Can somebody correct the typo in the description? it really threw me for a loop
