I think this makes a nice addition to Weyland decks. Good card.
I think that this card is way overrated. Sure, it makes Scorches 5 damage instead of 4, but look at the support this needs for that to happen. You still need to draw SEA and 2 scorches, which is pretty unreliable unless you are using Atlas to tutor them, at which point you are already at 5 points and might as well just tutor Hostile Takeovers for the win and use a different 5/3 in the first place. I feel like this loses out to Government Contracts/Priority Requisition in most decks. The thing I find frustrating is Weyland gets its second 5/3 and Jinteki has yet to get its first...
Not only does this card let you double Scorch through a Plascrete (!!!) but it makes Private Security Force a lot scarier. Good for Weyland Tag 'n' Bag, but I don't think I'd run this unless Scorching was my main goal. It'll be fun to try out.

Expect there to be more cards doing meat damage to take advantage of this.

Also may encourage more tag avoidance rather than meat damage avoidance, or at least demand muresh or a second plastcrete to be installed, which as least slows the runner down a little.
If you have this and Private Security fore scored, you already have 5 points. If you had scored any 5/3 and an Atlas with a counter or two instead of PSF then you've already pretty much won anyways.

Don't underestimate the boost to dedicated response team. Even without 2 scorched in hand the 3 meat damage on a successful run pretty much means you have to clear tags before making a run. Put one in a server behind a data raven splash makes it a nasty priority. Auto 3 meat damage just to trash it.

This is already boosting Scorched, Private Security Force, and Dedicated Response Team. Thats 3 upon its release before we even discuss more cards with meat damage coming out for Weyland.
Even in those ideal situations you described, how much meat damage is the Cleaners causing? 2? 3? When you compare that to Priority Requisition, which can rez an Archer, Tollbooth or Hadrian it really doesn't hold up. I'll take $10 over 3 meat damage almost any day. The only exception is if the damage directly leads to a kill, which it can with double scorch, but you still need to get all your combo pieces which is much easier said than done.

Sorry, that's just wrong. The damage from DRT is when the run ends. If you trash DRT that run then it won't sting you.

Now, if you had ANOTHER DRT sitting innocuously in another remote, that's a different story :P

Personally I'd rather Raven up my centrals and keep the DRT ready until they blast through my Raven and commit to accessing.

Your right. Stupid "ends" in there. I was thinking it would work like Gabe's where you could cash in / detonate as soon as it became "successful."
If you had 2 of these scored do they stack

Yes

If you have 2 of these scored the runner will have a slighlty bigger problem than the 2 additional meat damage ;)

Contact killers works nicely with this

Meh. It basically turns it into a Ronin. I still can't think of any deck in which I'd want to include this Agenda. Jinteki have the necessary companion cards to kill with a Ronin, but in Weyland I don't see it being much more than an irritation.

Agreed, but Ronin wins games (in the right deck); this combo doesn't, because 1) it requires the Corp to score a 5/3 Agenda for a minor bonus, and 2) Turntable exists . . .

Honestly, this is much better with a good old Private Security Force, but again, Agenda combos aren't the most reliable thing . . . the Runner is directly trying to disrupt such combos . . . by stealing Agendas.

Oh yeah, Ronin is a great card - no argument on that front. That said, it's not a card I'd ever want to use outside Jinteki. My ambivalence is not directed at Ronin itself but this combo-reliant pseudo-Ronin.
