Just an idea:

A couple of those + Clone Chip/Self-Modifying code/Savoir-Faire + cheap icebreakers like Faerie/Sharpshooter/Inti/Key Master = a constant surprise while running

Yog might be a try as well
Im looking forward to fitting this in my exile deck, I tend to install a breaker every turn depending on my needs, this just makes life easier!

Good for the Prof too, if you swap programs a lot.
This would be so much cooler if it was something like "whenever you install a program you have 2 credits that you can spend this turn to use the program"
It definately seems as though it should have some use within an Exile deck that shuffles programs around a lot for sure. It should be pretty easy to get that 1 credit back for sure, not to mention the potential when there are two or three in play at once. The value goes up considerably with every install shuffle from the heap.

I've gotten a lot of use out of this card in a janky Overmind recursion deck that I've been playing for many months now. A niche use, but it makes a big difference in that deck, and offers some value to any deck making heavy use of recursion to replay breakers.

However, the new London Library (http://www.cardgamed...on-library-r673) combos with LLDS Processor. It's too click intensive to be really competitive, but something like a bouncing Femme getting free +strength might be fun in a casual deck.
