Yeah, but it has a few advantages. It's insanely cheap, so even if you have another killer installed it can be good for your economy. It makes up for the shortcomings of Mimic and Femme. It's in Shaper, so you can always go and get it from wherever it is when you need it. Destroyers derive value from being a nasty surprise. The ability to tutor for a cheap, one-shot breaker takes the edge off that.
