Going to buy something from Cafe Press!
Awesome! Glad to hear it!

Have to pay Zeiler's exorbitant salary somehow.
I still would request that you take a moment to re-evaluate earlier chapter packs in the sequence and potentially re-rate (some) cards after knowing the additions to the cycle.

Hellholt Docks: This is essentially "Rashidan Port" from MtG, and it's awesome. Simply put, begin able to turn a Street activation into any combination of resource control, influence control, or even combo control is very solid. I think it's far better than you're seeing it.

The new cities: I feel like being able to play a City that doesn't force you to play Army/Maesters/Shadows are good additions. They do allow better access to the events that care about Military/Intrigue/Power stamped plots. And Torrhen's Square is a 3/4/2 for Stark or Bara Noble which is nothing to shake a stick at.
Torrhen's Square is a reasonable starting point, but in non Stark/GJ, is it better than running two Measters in your maindeck and At the Gates if you want city plots? Actually, those two houses have some really great in house Measter options, so that makes the decision even harder. It's not a bad plot, and certainly a solid addition to the cardpool, but it's up against some stiff competition.

Agreed. Turn 1 free search/play a Maester is good in nearly any deck. I just like more options of supporting a city plot deck. Especially when I want to be a Dragon, or a Kraken, or a Lion, or a Wolf . . .well you get the idea. Now if only they'd figure out a way to make the Rivers better . . . .

(3/1/1) At the Gates
(4/4/1) A City Besieged
(3/6/1) City of Lies
(4/4/1) City of Secrets

(1/0/2) City of Spiders
(4/3/1) City of Spies
(1/2/2) Manning the City Walls
(3/2/2) Negotiations at the Great Sept
(3/4/1) Torrhen's Square
