The fact that this isn't limited or unique is tremendous. Sure, it's a classic 2 for 1, but getting Death Troopers for 2? Perhaps 1 per turn with both AA's out?
Plus if in a full Trooper deck you get cheaper 501st Legion, Snowtrooper Vanguard etc.
