But that's the best possible scenario for the Doc'.
Each one can be situationally better than the other. Tarkin can target any card and eats unit enhancements.
I think best (and most thematic) scenario is to blank Ponda Boba and Luke. Remove a drawback from your card and good text from Luke.
Question...could you blank Ezavan himself? Once the effect resolves, he loses his ability, but that is already after it resolves, so...
