This is a sweet objective. The text seems like a disadvantage, but as with Heart of the Empire, taking it out means being less efficient with unopposed damage. I'd start this every time unless I had a really dope set of objective abilities to choose from.
yeah there really is no downfall to starting this like there is with heart. It has twice the health of a standard 5/1 and its worth twice the victory as a standard 5/1, i like it. seems like it couold go real nice with something like thunderflare that can pull damage off every turn since this objective shouldn't get 1 shotted very often.
Won't having this as one of your starting objective a drawback? Even though it has 10 toughness your opponent can be 2/3 way to victory by capturing it.
Not sure why you think that. It has twice the health of nearly every other objective with a short list of exceptions. why wouldn't it give twice the victory condition? It's literally no different than your opponent blowing up 2 5 health objectives rather than 1 10 health objective.
This is actually a bonus imo, because now your opponent can't get as much free damage Off unopposed. Also with any mechanics that allow you to heal or transfer damage off this objective, you can actually keep it alive longer than a standard 5/1.
