We're allowed to resolve this reaction with Hidden In The Shadows in effect, right?
Black Squadron Pilot has an ability that allows it to enter play as an enhancement. Thus, any time you are resolving an effect that puts it into play (including playing it), you can choose to have it enter as a unit or an enhancement.
Short version: Yes, Vader's TIE will allow you to put Black Squadron Pilot into play as an enhancement.
If memory serves, it also effects "Elite Pilot Training" (0744) due to it being a Black Squadron card. Any card with the Black Squadron trait is effected.
