I just built a similar deck, but without the death troopers.
How are you getting a 7 reserve? unless I missed something, nothing in your deck list increases your reserve value.
There are 12 new affiliation cards. This deck uses one that contributes 7 reserve. Description of every new affiliation card is here, for example.
