I like it, but mainly because I'm a sucker for the V-class. VOD itself has its issues, but if you can find a way to hold the force or can drop the Victories for 2 with Needa, they're a pretty nice unit. Not sure I'd want 4 of them in a deck though, might replace 1 VOD with a Deploy the Fleet. Definitely a deck I'll try though.
