In my opinion this is the most powerfull version of a mono imperial deck. I've lost all games against it.
Definitely a powerful deck, but can certainly be played around even in Enforced Loyalty is one of the opening objectives. if at all possible one should try keeping the force as the LS on the first turn, using something like Jedi Mind Trick or Rash Action to prevent the DS player winning force struggle. Yularen or Imperial Fist can of course get the damage off, but those first two turns will likely be a lot easier until you can start paying the Tarkin tax.
Low on resources. Can likely work with only one Thrawn and then add Imperial Command or Repair & Refurbish to round things up.
