I'd recommend doubling up on Might of the Empire instead of Imperial Command.
There's a few decent Navy pods that sync up well with Inexorable Destruction. My personal favorite is Sector Lockdown, but the objective is really bad in a deck with so many duplicates. Here's my favorite Navy deck ever:
