Sith/Imperial Ties

I used an identical deck for a few weeks. If I had Guarding the Wing out and drew the right units, I could flood the board and overwhelm opponents without Tactics. However, unless I could cycle DS-61-3 or my opponent drew poorly, I had trouble responding to the Light Sides' plays effectively enough to slow it down. I don't think I beat my friend's Jedi deck in any game except the one where he only drew a single unit.

Have you gotten better results with the deck? If so, do you have any play tips for dealing with BTS Yoda or Hobbie and his Renegade Squadron X-Wings?

Right now, I'm trying a more defensive deck with two copies of Superior Numbers (to play a first-turn 181st Interceptor and access Precision Flying), two copies of Defense Protocol (to take out units or weaken them so my Ties can kill them in a single strike), one copy of The Emperor's Elite (for Fel), two copies of The Emperor's Sword (for the great ship, the blaster booster, and the event), and two copies of Black Squadron Formation (for the vehicle protector and the ability to recycle Precision Flying's bonus with Mauler), and one copy of Victory or Death (for the high-edge, high-health destroyers and the chud with tactics). This deck isn't nearly as explosive, but I'm hoping it has the right balance of defense and offense to get the dial to 6, then close the game.
