So how do you play this deck? What are you looking for? What objectives would you flop...

I like the idea behind this deck. Strong pip count and good resources (6 = 2 owen and 4 DTG) combined with a good variety of mains and ideal objectives.

The problem that I see with this and with most Jedi decks now is the number of units is 21. With 2 loyalists as well. This can lead to the potential for some inconsistency with the deck. Which is the problem with most Jedi decks now anyway. Additionally, you have to look at competitive DS decks. A lot of Navy will boast either Jamming protocol or Custom Blockade which will frustrate a planned YYSY or Force Rejuv.

Chauncey - to answer your question, you'd look for 1 MTFBWY and 1 Survivors on flop. I may like to see Beginning if I am playing Sith, or maybe the other survivors. Against Navy, mysteries can bring about some fun shenanigans esp if they aren't planning on you using it to force rejuv Yoda at the end of their turn to Keep the force and ping against Imperial Blockade or Enforced loyalty.
