A few updates now that the new pack is out. The fact is, Owen is basically a Jedi's version of Sith Holocron, and Moisture Vaporator is practically a Jedi version of Counsel of the Sith, so that pod is far too good NOT to use in mono-Jedi, not even counting how good Unfinished Business is. Removing Red Five and Core Luke from the deck does slightly nerf it, but I'm hoping the Landspeeder can make up for that, and the additional tactics icons are a BIG help.
From a flavor perspective, throwing R2 away to put in Owen doesn't sit all that well with me, but I'll just have to live with it. Get Luke or Yoda out (or both!) and kick your opponent's teeth in. Moldy Crow and Qu Rahn too, because they're awesome. Owen helps you play Luke, Qu Rahn, and/or the Crow, Vaporator helps you cycle through your deck and win edge battles on your opponent's turn (draw at the end of your opponent's refresh like it's a LS Counsel of the Sith), and of course Yoda You Seek Yoda will get you your Yoda.
Fun trick: Shien Training on Qu Rahn. Qu Rahn catches quite a bit of hate, because if the DS player attacks any other Characters Qu Rahn will just soak it up and then throw it at their objective. Deflect the damage from Qu Rahn to another Character, then take it back via Protect and damage the objective.
I've built a really similar deck before and the problem ends up being just getting units with blast damage out there. I know a giant stacked luke is fun and great but consider dropping 1 Core Luke for something that will support the life of crow, or a big stacked luke or Yoda.
The new Jedi set "The Survivors" is great, or a C3P0 to help cancel sith lighting, or even a Jubba birds to help you win those fights you need to. 8 Copies of only 2 cards limits you to much.
Personally not a fan of 2x Master's Domain. You already got You Seek Yoda to fetch the more appropiate version anyway, and the very amazing Yoda's Hut is unique, so one is enough.
Not sure what to recommend though, as Jedi have plenty of good sets to choose from. Heroes and Legends works nicely with so many Lukes and Yodas. Secrets of Yavin IV is all around great protection against all type of threats. The wolfsmen in Balance Obi's pod are very annoying with their edge, blast and recurssion ability.
Having now tested it, I think Hero's Beginning is just WAY too good as a pod. Between Owen, Moisture Vaporator, Unfinished Business, and just the objective itself, this pod is hilariously strong.
