Do you find it hard to pay for your big units?

There are 10 resource generation cards, plus the 2 Orbital Supply stations. It shouldn't be that hard.

Only the Thunderflare and AT-AT Assault Squadron are really that expensive.

The only thing I would really say is that Aggressive Assault is a bit of a throwaway card because there are only 2 Hoth Objectives in the deck. Sabotage in the Snow could be worth a look.
At least the Aggressive Assault is worth 2 in edge. The Talon Roll is even more of a throw away in the Defense Protocol pod as there are only 4 fighters in the whole deck and it has only 1 edge.
Agreed on Sabotage being a good thought for the deck, maybe over Recon Mission, or a Defense Protocol, but maybe that's just me.
Thinking of replacing Recon with a Despayre. I've also been considering Sabotage. Recon was mostly for the twist, but there are already two in def prot.

I like defence protocol for the twists and the tie assault squadron. Talon Roll and Aggressive Assault are really just edge fodder unless the stars align. Maybe, though, replace these with Despayre, and replace recon with Sabotage?
Yeah, swapping out both Defense Protocols for 2 Death and Despayre and the Recon for Sabotage makes it a better deck. At one point I had 3 control rooms and Motti out. Resources were NOT a problem.

The problem was that I didn't have enough defensive units out early. Learned that I should hold back AT-ATs until I have a FEW of them ready for attack, and hold them back as defensive units at the beginning. The only objective I managed to destroy was with a Super laser blast :(

At one point I had 14 resource points available and nothing good to spend them on.
It's tough to throwaway Defense Protocol because it is one of the best objectives in the game, but the rest of the set isn't doing a lot for you in this deck I think.

Having played some decks like this before the trick really is knowing when to attack. You can rope a dope with it by taking a beating and luring the Light Side into attacking and them knocking off 2-3 objectives in a turn to finish them off. The Forward Command Posts from Sabotage really help with that.
