The Evil Echelon

Scum and Villainy Sith

Affiliation:
Order by:
Objective Set Type

Total Objective Sets: 0
The basic Sith powerhouse with Jabba!

Adding Jabba to the sith mix will a) bring the ability to deploy 2 or lower cost units as action (Jabba), b) allow pleasure barge to get rid of extra focus, c) give you the possibility to switch edge stacks! and d) get you some weenie cannon fodder: the gamorra orcish pig soldier

What is not to love here?

You could perhaps switch one Counsel of Sith set to Recon mission set for more aggressive edge battles.

I ran this deck for a while with the idea of either putting an extra weenie (from counsel or some other means) into turn every play or using Jabba to tactics on down. It was a lot of fun, but I didn't get to use Jabba's ability nearly as much as I wanted. Remember you can also use him to play enhancements, so if they commit no one to an engagement you can use his ability to give Vader his saber and go to town with targeted strike. Jabba's three orbs are also nice if you need to hold the force (or get an edge boost), the only card that isn't helpful is the objective itself, it can be a real liability if you flip it after the LS blows up an objective or two, if they can tie you down to one sith resource you can be in real trouble playing events late game.

For this reason I would not swap in a Recon Mission, the edge cards and reserve is nice but it limits Jabba's usefulness (two less units, potential one less draw on opponents turn). Plus you could really resource lock yourself early if you draw 2x Jabbas Reach and a Recon Mission to start. You'd end up with one sith resource :(.

Yea, that could happen even though chances for only one sith resource flip is minicule...

Anyhow, i found out that if Jabba's ability is being used at the last possible action window during the the turn - Jabba can participate in the edge battle AND deploy enchancement or unit and get rid of focus during refresh :) That's handy to make decisions in the last minute. There are actually quite a many 2 or lower cost units/echancements in the sith pods for jabba to deploy
