Seems like it can have some trouble with Sith unitcontrol if you don't get a Wookie Life Debt out early.
Will be interesting to see how the Undercover Dealings work out in testing.
Much likely, yes. But Chewie fits the deck much better then Guardians since it needs smuggler characters for Hold-Out blaster. It also has Lando's objective to protect from Sith Events.

Ye, looking forward to test that too. This deck has the potential to get a few powerful characters going. Unfortunately, Luke was cut. Wanted him instead of Lando, but smuggler only on Hold-Out Blaster was a blow-back for the deck :b
I find it funny that this pod is fantastic, yet no one seems to care because all of smugglers pods seem to be so good lol
I still think the Luke set is better than lando (the hold out blaster is largely wasted on lando anyways), and with to arms, you can use the "fetch" card on Hans blaster, chewies bow caster, the hold out blaster OR the light saber for Luke.
Sorry but hold out on Lando would put him on God Status. Imagine.. He could just take out two guys by himself and unless you got 2 units with tactics, there would be nothing you can do about it. Given that he has 2 blast then too, he becomes a beast.
I'd rather clear the board with Luke, light saber and TyF than attempt to, A) get lando out, B) get hold out blaster on him, and C) have less units than your opponent. Luke by himself is a wrecking ball, lando not only requires setup, but also protection, because if you don't have wookie life debt out, AND a wookie, he is but a single force choke from death, and as we have seen, Sith control isn't going anywhere atm.

on top of that, if you think lando with hold out blaster is "god mode", then what do you consider Han with hold out blaster?
It's control vs offense. I've won many games with Lando constantly choosing the fights and preventing my low hp objectives to be engaged ;) Giving him 2 black tactics is just mind baffling.
I would definitely agree that Luke is a better unit than Lando, even in this deck. And then Lightsaber is a good card fort both fetching and drawing cards with the Weapon Tech. And ye, Trust your feelings is amazing in this deck too.

Lando's objective is stronger though and Saboteur has an amazing ability and can then be sacrificed as a defender without hesitation to keep unit count down.

Hm. But they do both offer solid resources... Ye. I guess Luke is the better pod for the deck after all - but it also seems like a meta call. A bit sad to lose out on the defensive ability of Trust Me though. The deck will need it. And 1x Message from Beyond didn't make the cut either (Calm is great in the deck, Ben's Spirit grants additional important protection and Weapon Mastery + Hold-Out blaster seems fun :b ), which I was hoping for when first starting building the deck. But I guess, when you are light side, offensive power must always come first.
i like both sets, i just love the wrecking ball that luke becomes nearly every game. being able to attack and defend every turn is so good, and with han, you can always run a seudo lando with holdout blaster. you just need to win the edge to get both tactics icons going.

as Elrathion said, its control vs offense. i typically play Lando a bit more like I do yoda in a jedi deck. he's elite and has 3 force bubs so i commit him, and don't use him much in battle except for on defense on occasion. Since his ability doesn't require him to focus he is perfect in this role, specially since smugglers tend to not be able to hold the force the best. test them both out and see what you like. I prefer luke, but thats just me.
Talking about that Saboteur, god that card is sick. Yesterday I played some games against Navy and kicked out his defense protocols for free objective kills oehaha

Sorry but hold out on Lando would put him on God Status. Imagine.. He could just take out two guys by himself and unless you got 2 units with tactics, there would be nothing you can do about it. Given that he has 2 blast then too, he becomes a beast.

And then he gets Force Choked by Vader because you have no protectors. I had high hopes for Lando and he has failed to live up to the hype, in my opinion.
He might not be super strong vs sith control decks, but he is a master against Navy. My guess is he is only to become more stronger as people start to deviate from the heavy character hate decks.

We get it. Force Choke exists. It's feasible to choke any decent unit except Renegade Squadron. On topic, Undercover Dealings is awesome. Bounce is always fun, but the hand manipulation provided is great. Hold out is fantastic, and the Interrupt really adds to the mind games. How many SS events cost 2?

Narrow Escape, Bamboozle, Sabotage off the top of my head.
