Personally, I think the protectors are pretty key to a sleuth deck working so I would tend to want to run 2x prep for evac.
Who doesn't love the falcon, but you currently only have 1 2 resource objective, 2 resource generating enhancements and 1 resource generating unit (unless i missed some) making it unlikely you'll ever actually get to play the falcon.
Finally, I'm not sure there's enough force icons in this deck to make Lobot (or anything else in his pod) worth having him in there. This kind of deck usually wins battles by not allowing the opponent to have any viable defenders.
