Grievous/Jango

I honestly don't feel like this is tournament quality. 20 health, 3 dice (although Grievous dice are very good), it has mixed damage, and a bunch of single copies of cards. Aim is awful, Underworld Connections is slow, Disarm is situational, and Probe can be very hit or miss. 2x Tactical Mastery would be a good replacement so Grievous can't be mitigated,

newbie: You are so right.

I also think that unpredictable is not a very good card. I run a Jango/eBala/Trooper deck and I don't use any. I find that unless you are using Han Solo that it is almost always better to reroll any number of your dice without ambush then to reroll one die with ambush, although it can be sneaky if you get lucky and roll a 3 damage, because then it can't get mitigated.

I know a guy who used to play this deck but I think I convinced him to use Dooku instead of Jango. It is cool because it turns into an all melee deck. It also gives you access to the Sith Holocron and some other good blue villain cards, and also has more health because of Dooku's ability, but you don't get to use Backup Muscle :(

Thank you for the feedback! The reason why I am making this deck is because it used to be a Grievous/Dooku deck and it would always get owned by the top tier decks. I changed it to Grievous/Jango and my win rate against those decks are now 50% with all of them being close wins/losses (about 1-3 health remaining on the last guy). I would like to get the deck to about a 65% win rate against top tier decks which I think is possible.

With that said I may change it to a Grievous/Asajj deck when the new set is released so I am not sure how hard I should try with this deck.

On a side note all the cards newbie said are awful are supposed to be situational cards (hence the x1 quantity). Against some decks they have won me the games and others they are just a reroll card or a card to discard at the end of my turn. I guarantee a probe will hit 1-2 good targets when your opponent only has 2-3 cards left in their hand later in that round. Also, all Grievous decks I see use 2 Tactical Matery cards but every time I use it I roll in one die with a X3 1 cost side. Which means I use both my resources just to do a non-mitigated 3 damage when I would rather lose that die by making them spend 1 resource of their own.

This deck just takes some practice to get good with then after that it needs to be tuned a little bit. Please keep the comments coming! I appreciate all the feedback.
