The fact that this can go to the bottom of your deck instead of the discard is a good way to lengthen the game...and get a late game die removal that might have been forgotten about.
I dunno. opponent's choice makes this pretty weak I think. Worst case scenario you get rid of a blank. Waiting for later in the turn doesn't help much either, as people tend to play strongest dice first.
