If you had two of these supports in play, I assume you couldn't use both to reduce the cost of the Blue upgrade by 2? I am leaning toward no, but want to get some thoughts/feedback from others.
I think you can actually, nothing prevents this or puts a minimum cost on things (other than zero, things can't be cheaper than zero).

I've seen it ruled that you can also use this in conjunction with things like Imperial Armory. The other day I had one resource and 2 it binds all things so I claimed at the end of the round to play One with the Force for 1.
I have yet to pull any of these, are there any alternatives as it is found in many decks that I've seen
