What happens went i resolve a die showing a resource cost?
And may i resolve a die showing +?
This card explicitly asks you to resolve a ranged damage die. As far as the modifier it still shows ranged damage and can add 1 to the plus but you can resolve a modifier die on its own so if you added it to a modifier die, it would essentialy do nothing.
I think ryertangent meant to say you CAN'T resolve a modifier die on its own.
