I have found this to be a good upgrade for characters who die/dice has damage split between melee and range, I mainly use it on Jango and if he rolls damage and a mod side on this die you can deal some damage straight away as Jango gets to roll his dice when an opponent activates a character so you get to use it straight away, it's fast become my fave combo.
Seems like a good fit for Dooku/Jabba to me. Speeds up mill, or generates a load of resources or focus, or pushes damage. Versatile.
