Starting threat 20 means you could include Resourceful. 1 cost while you are in secrecy mode, which you start with, and can regain with Sneaky Gandalf. A turn 1 resourceful is amazing in hobbit/secrecy decks.
I had a lot of fun with this deck. Personally though I felt like I was having Lore resource issues while playing with this deck and the errand-riders really weren't doing it for me. Resourceful from above would help, maybe with nuking Haldir(she doesn't really fit the deck) for some other ally.

Ring mail would be a great addition to your deck. For just two resources you get 1 extra defense and hit point. OP.
Also why are you using warden of healing instead of daughter of nimrodel.
