I think you're running too many Tactics, for one. With that said, all those Tactics are solid, but I might consider dropping 1x Order in Chaos, 1x Willpower. Order in Chaos might be a good choice in this deck (I haven't used it, so I don't know), but Willpower when you're only running 2 Hero cards in your entire deck is probably a waste (especially since one of those cards only has two Loyalty). If you want to use Willpower, you could try running multiple copies of King Kazador, who can be a nasty surprise when Willpower is dropped on him.
Other than that though, I really like this deck! Master Rune of Spite is a fun card, so its good to see it in a deck!
