Tribal Tattoos (TTTC) is going to get you more mileage than War Paint, I think.
Adding Scrap Heap (from Assault on Ulthuan) may be a nice addition, although I don't know what support to drop.
Are you trying to go for an Orc theme? Are you opposed to putting some Goblins in the deck?
To start though, I think this deck will do just fine. Have you tried playing it yet?
